I studied Electronics Engineering in Tunisia and I recognized that I was interested in writing software, so I wanted to learn more about it. Therefore I mastered in software development. For my master thesis I took part in an exchange programme in cooperation with the University of Ghent. I liked the Belgian lifestyle and started looking for job opportunities in Belgium. I wanted to find the right job for me, because you spend a lot of time on the job, so it was important to find the right match. I really liked the way Dekimo communicated and scheduled the meetings, that’s also the reason why I took the job.

I enjoy working as a software engineer, because every day is different and challenging. I like working for different clients, teams, projects and company cultures, because I learn a lot. The biggest challenge is to stay up to date, there are so many new technologies and it’s important to stay familiar with these innovations.
