“Each new project plays out as a technological puzzle, waiting to be solved with a robust architecture, a clean code base, a good dose of experience and a pinch of love.”

During my studies as an electromechanical engineer, I came into contact with Dekimo at the annual University of Ghent robot competition. Sharing a profound interest in software and electronics, I enrolled in their training program and quickly became passionate about all areas of software development, ranging from memory-optimized embedded applications to state of the art web technology.

For me, each new project plays out as a technological puzzle, waiting to be solved with some robust architecture, a clean code base, a good dose of experience and a pinch of love. Top it all off with great variety in projects and the opportunity to learn new technologies to tackle these challenges, you’ll always be energized by the task at hand, whether it’s designing databases, programming real-time systems, creating responsive layouts or debugging microcontrollers.
