In the world of electronics manufacturing, staying at the cutting edge is not just a choice but a necessity. At Dekimo Erpe-Mere, we understand this, and we are proud to announce a significant upgrade to our production capabilities with the introduction of a new state-of-the-art NXT Line.
Meeting demand and fuelling growth
As our customer base continues to expand and the demand for high-quality electronic manufacturing increases, we recognize the need to upgrade. This new NXT Line comprises six modules and boasts an astounding capacity of 100,000 components per hour (cph). Combined with our existing lines, we now offer a total of 175,000 cph to cater to your needs.
A glimpse into our current production process
Our SMD lines, combining the Fuji NXT line with AIMEX lines, offer an optimal solution for a production mix of high-volume with smaller batches.
Dekimo Erpe-Mere boasts an SMD stuffing capacity of 175,000 cph and produces over 750.000 PCBs annually, serving more than 130 customers yearly.
After the SMD lines with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), two wave soldering machines and two selective soldering machines cover the Through-hole process.
To finish off the PCB production process, services like functional testing, coating, potting and assembly lines with dedicated automation guarantee the perfect balance between operation cost and customized investments.
Currently about 50% of the PCBs are further assembled to end products, for which Dekimo also offers logistic services to the end customer.
