Dekimo expands to Germany – first subsidiary in Aachen. Dekimo, an international medium-sized solution provider for electronics and software with headquarters in Belgium, is now expanding to Germany with the establishment of its new subsidiary in Aachen.
Dekimo Experts Aachen is the first Dekimo subsidiary to provide its services on the German market. It concentrates primarily on consulting services in the electronics and software business areas and brings its entire portfolio in the area of project work as well as testing, certification, manufacturing and assembly of printed circuit boards to the German ‘ABCD region’ of Aachen, Bonn, Cologne and Düsseldorf.
The location was chosen deliberately: in the technology region of Aachen, with the excellent technical and scientific infrastructure, and a growing ecosystem of industry, universities and research institutions. This and, of course, the proximity to existing Dekimo locations in Belgium and the Netherlands are the perfect environment for Dekimo Experts, whose branches are always located close to their customers.
Dieter Dalle, internationally experienced R&D manager and at home in the region, is heading the new branch in Charlottenburger Allee in Aachen since January 2021 and is responsible for the expansion of business in Germany. He is convinced that the Dekimo success story will also be continued in Germany and that more jobs will be created in Aachen. In Belgium, the Netherlands and France, more than 350 professionals are already working at 17 locations on a wide variety of projects for Dekimo’s customers.
