We have invited Mr. Yves Jongen, founder and currently Chief Research Officer of IBA (Ion Beam Applications), to give a presentation on how IBA grew from a small spin-off to a world leader in particle accelerator technology and its applications.

We have invited Mr. Harry Van Hest, inspiring keynote speaker of the Speakers Society, for a lecture concerning the "Klanten Wegjaagclub". Harry Van Hest explains the do’s and don’ts in the interaction with clients in a subtle and especially humorous way.

Dekimo co-organizes the 2nd annual EmbiNet Symposium in Brussels. Prof. Werner Bruggeman, teaching at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, explains how an organization can build a "Balanced Scorecard" based on its strategic plan, and how it can be used as a basis for setting up a systematic and motivating performance management process throughout the whole organization.
